A man in his 40s is sentenced to two years in prison for raping a woman in a pub toilet, writes Skånska Dagbladet.
The rape must have taken place in Malmö in the summer of 2021.
The man was acquitted by the district court last spring, as it was not considered that a crime could be proven. The Court of Appeal thinks, on the contrary, that both the woman’s story is credible and that other evidence measures up.
