Main changes in bus transport:

U-OV

• Ameide (municipality of Vijfheerenlanden) will once again have a fixed bus line in the evenings. Line 90 therefore runs once an hour seven days a week between Ameide and Vianen Lekbrug bus station, where line 90 provides a direct connection to line 85 to/from Utrecht.

• Line 12 no longer runs through the Zandweg-Oostwaard district in Maarssen. This shortens the travel time between Maarssen-Dorp and Utrecht. On the new route, line 12 also stops at the new Sweserengseweg stop on the eastern edge of Zandweg-Oostwaard. At three stops in Zandweg-Oostwaard that will be canceled as a result of the route change, travelers can use U-flex, a bus that runs on demand and is ordered in advance.

• De Haar Castle will be more easily accessible by bus at weekends. In addition to the existing line 127, line 111 will run every half hour on Saturdays and Sundays during the day. Line 111 offers a direct connection between Vleuten station and Kasteel De Haar. This change has already taken effect from May due to the rapid growth in the number of visitors to Kasteel De Haar.

• A new stop for lines 10 and 48 will be opened on Stadsbaan-Zuid near the Rijnvliet district in Utrecht. This will give Rijnvliet a better connection with Leidsche Rijn Centrum.

• Due to the work in Leidsche Rijn Centrum, line 28 in the direction of Vleuterweide will run a lengthy diversion between NS station Leidsche Rijn and the Korianderstraat stop. As a result, the Centrumboulevard stop in the direction of Vleuterweide will no longer be available.

• The buses on line 41 between Wijk bij Duurstede and Utrecht will run less frequently during the morning rush hour during the summer and Christmas holidays and will serve the stops every 10 minutes instead of every 7.5 minutes.

• In Odijk, the route of line 43 will change. Between the Rijnseweg and Odijk-Zuid stops, people will now travel via Singel-Noord and Singel-West, instead of via Esdoorn and Sint Nicolaaslaan.

Syntus Utrecht

• In Wilnis and Mijdrecht, the buses on lines 126 and 130 will run a shorter and therefore faster route. Both lines no longer run from Vinkeveen via Burgemeeste Padmosweg, but via Industrieweg and Mijdrechtse Dwarsweg to Mijdrecht Centrum. This results in a travel time gain of 5 minutes per trip.

• The buses on line 121 will run from Monday to Saturday via the Burgemeester Padmosweg. A new bus line runs on Sundays between Wilnis and Mijdrecht Center via the Burgemeester Padmosweg. Line 123 will continue to Uithoorn all day to compensate for the loss of line 340.

• A fast bus connection between Mijdrecht and the AMC. Line 126 will stop at the AMC from the new timetable.

• Station Abcoude will be served by line 120 (Utrecht-Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena) as a one-year trial. The operation of Holendrecht station will therefore be cancelled.

• Bus line 123 will continue to Oudewater every hour on weekdays throughout the day. This should also make the border area of the province of Utrecht and South Holland more accessible by public transport.

• Adjusted timetable of the Syntus buses at the railway stations Woerden and Veenendaal-De Klomp to ensure an improved connection to and from the trains.

• The route of Syntus line 17 (Amersfoort CS-Leusden) in Leusden-Noord will be adjusted due to future housing in the area. From now on, the buses will stop at the new stop at the Ruige Velddreef/Zwarteweg roundabout.

• The route of bus line 272 (Baarn-Soest-Utrecht Rijnsweerd-Utrecht Science Park) at Soesterberg will be changed. From now on, people will travel via the Soesterberg-West stop instead of the P+R Soesterberg stop.
