Several explosions are reported to have occurred on the Russian-occupied Crimean peninsula, reports CNN. The explosions, which have not been confirmed by independent sources, are said to have occurred at, among others, military barracks in the town of Sovetske.
The data comes after Ukraine attacked targets in the city of Melitopol in Donetsk with rocket artillery during Saturday night and Sunday morning.
The Ukrainian side has not commented on the information about attacks in Crimea.
