Since June, the Post and Telecommunications Board (PTS) has received more complaints than usual regarding Postnord’s dividend. After an examination, PTS believes that Postnord does not live up to the requirements.
– PTS takes the fact that this is not working very seriously, says PTS head of postal affairs, Emma Maraschin.
Maraschin says that PTS expects Postnord to take the criticism seriously and quickly see to it that the problems are fixed.
By January 20 at the latest, Postnord must submit a risk analysis and an action plan to deal with the problems that have been discovered.
