- Baptized Royal Sleep and developed by chef Jean-Denis Rieubland and spa director Anna Pierzak, the meal was designed to promote sleep. The infusion is accompanied by delicacies based on dark chocolate and almonds. Contrary to popular belief, dark chocolate can be consumed before sleeping because it contains tryptophan, an essential amino acid good for letting yourself be in the arms of Morpheus.

With Aime, Mathilde Lacombe, former co-founder of JolieBox then Birchbox, develops a more global vision of beauty based on the principle that healthy skin is first prepared from within.
