A report titled “Patrol and Persuasion – 110 Overseas Activities” published by Spain-based non-governmental organization Safeguard Defenders, focusing on China’s tracking centers abroad, made a big impression.

In the report, it was claimed that in addition to the 54 “Chinese Overseas Police Stations” reported in September, 48 more police stations were operated, thus increasing this number to 102.
11 of the alleged new police stations are in Italy, some in Croatia, Serbia and Romania, and other countries, the report said, suggesting that the stations persuaded 230,000 Chinese living abroad to return to the country.
THEY CONSUMED CHINESE CITIZEN IN PARIS
The report said that at least one Chinese citizen from Paris, the capital of France, was persuaded to return to their country.
China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs denied the allegations that a “police center” was established in other countries to track down the dissidents, arguing that the officials in question helped the citizens abroad with their paperwork. (AA)
