FS Group the talking shipyards are born to communicate strategic

(Finance) – From today, all the FS Group construction sites for works financed with PNRR funds will “speak” a simple, transparent and immediate language, shared with the territories, to make citizens and stakeholders more aware and up-to-date on the importance of works in progress.

Construction sites that provide information on the status of the works become communication and aggregation hubs. Construction sites that are open to citizens, tell the story and the progress of the project, share its objectives and also critical issues and become digital, with a site dedicated to the country’s strategic works where it is possible to connect to the webcams that resume the works.

We talk about “Talking construction sites“, as the name of the new project of the FS Italiane groupconceived with the companies of the Infrastructure pole of FS, RFI and Italferrin collaboration with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportand, in today’s case, in Genoa, also with the Commissioner Third Crossing Node of Genoa and Campasso and with WeBuild.

The project – reads on Fs News the information portal of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group – was born with the aim of transparently communicate the works of the Pnrr and beyond, and will concern the construction sites of 30 large strategic works throughout Italy. Cantieri Parlanti was presented today, on the day of Santa Barbara, patroness of miners, by theCEO of the FS Italiane Group Luigi Ferraris in Genoa, during the visit of Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Matteo Salvini at the construction sites of the Third Pass of the Giovi-Node of Genoa to assist in the demolition of the odd track diaphragm wall of the pass tunnel between Polcevera and Cravasco.

“It is a project that arises from the need to communicate strategic works, including those envisaged by the Pnrr, illustrating the benefits they will bring to people’s daily lives and everyone’s commitment to ensure that they are completed with defined and transparent methods and times – he has declared Luigi Ferraris Chief Executive Officer of Ferrovie dello Stato – For this reason we have decided to standardize all the information billboards, install infopoints at the entrance to the construction sites and refer to a section of our institutional site dedicated to strategic works. Thus we intend to highlight on the one hand the strategy that unites the various activities underway along the peninsula in an overall design, on the other to show the progress of each individual work to all stakeholders. Clearly, directly and transparently”.

The The Single Project of the Third Pass – Genoa Junction was chosen by the FS Group as a prototype construction site for the start of the project. The objective is precisely to communicate the works of the Pnrr and not only by sharing information with the territories to tell the advantages that the works, once completed, will be able to produce for the communities concerned.

Construction sites will become real communication hubs, identifiable by the claim “The Italy of the future is underway“. Inside the construction sites there will be information panels – with uniform graphics in all the works of the project – which will provide details, data, advantages of the infrastructure under construction. The construction site will also open to the public with dedicated Open days and other initiatives for citizens, students and associations.

The experience of the talking construction sites also continues online, at this link on the fsitaliane.it website. An entire section is dedicated to the country’s strategic works, it will also be navigable in the construction site and, for various works, it is connected to the webcams which show the works. The site will be constantly updated on the state of the works, on the progress of the activities and on what is happening in the territories concerned.
