Henrik Larsson is one of Swedish football’s absolute greatest legends.
Skåningen has a masterful career behind him and has played both with and against fantastic players.
But who are really the best – if “Henke” herself gets to choose?
With clubs like Celtic, FC Barcelona, Manchester United in the luggage Henrik Larsson one of Sweden’s foremost and greatest football icons of all time. During his stay in “Barca”, he helped win the Champions League in 2005/2006 – where he also played until both goals in the final.
Add to that a fantastic national team career where, as you know, he was there in 1994 when Sweden took home the WC bronze.
Achieved godlike status
During his time in Scotland and Celtic, Henrik Larsson achieved a status that can only be described as godlike, and it is a status that remains to this day.
Over the years, “Henke” has encountered countless world stars on the pitch – both in his own team but of course also on the opposing side. But when Larsson is to take out a starting eleven with the best players he has ever played with – how does it look then?

And of course it would have been exciting to see how good this team would have been if they had played together, how far could they have gone? Unfortunately, we will never know – but something we can confirm is that it is a team full of class and quality.
