The Netherlands is completely dark red on the European health service ECDC for the twelfth week in a row. The province of Utrecht has become the biggest hot spot. There were 73,754 positive tests registered in the past two calendar weeks. That equates to 5,591 cases for every 100,000 population. In other words: one in every eighteen Utrecht residents turned out to be infected. That is a new Dutch record.
