Amersfoort/Utrecht – Morocco’s victory over Belgium at the World Cup football leads to celebrations in Utrecht and Amersfoort. In the latter city, people gathered at roundabout De Stier. Dozens of young people took to the streets honking their horns. Fireworks were also set off. That led to several small fires. Firefighters were called to action when a scooter caught fire.
