With The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, the last Marvel cracker of the year has been released. The MCU film turns around one of the most burning questions in the space crew saga. But unfortunately the answer won’t be available for half a year. Warning, spoilers!
Guardians of the Galaxy 3 must provide an answer that the Holiday Special owes
Because the Holiday Special revolves around Peter Quills (Chris Pratt) in particular Sorrow for the loss of his beloved Gamora (Zoe Saldana). The warrior was killed by her foster father Thanos (Josh Brolin) in Avengers 3: Infinity War. Nonetheless, another version of her popped up in the time travel tangle of Avengers 4: Endgame.

But instead of that big questions about the whereabouts of Gamorra or her alternate self To clarify, the Holiday Special just covers Quill’s wound with a Kevin Bacon-shaped consolation bandage. Likewise, Marvel fans will also have to wait until the launch of Guardians of the Galaxy 3, in which Gamora is set to return as an active character (via Collider).
When is Guardians of the Galaxy 3 in theaters?
Guardians of the Galaxy 3 will be released on May 3, 2023 come to German cinemas. In addition to the usual suspects, the sequel will also feature Sylvester Stallone and Will Poulter (Midsommar).
