(Finance) – Banca Akros has increased the target price on Unidatatelecommunications, Cloud and IoT services operator listed on Euronext Growth Milan, bringing it to 62 euros (from 45 euros) and updated the judgement on the stock to “Buy” from “Neutral”. The review of the evaluation came after the approval of the new one industrial plan for the three-year period 2022-2024, which essentially aims to double sales and EBITDA compared to 2021. For 2021, revenues are estimated at € 37 million, an EBITDA of € 11 million and an adjusted profit of € 6 million. These figures should increase in 2022, respectively, to 46 million euros, 13 million euros and 5 million euros.
Analysts write that Unidata has “a unique business model based on a prepaid capex business model and a first mover commercial advantage.” In addition, the company can boast “a visible and recurring revenue stream coming from ultra-broadband fiber to primarily corporate customers and now also to a growing consumer base. “It is emphasized that the main risks to society are a slower-than-expected introduction of fiber and higher-than-expected price deflation.” Even the creation of a the only national network operator could pose a slowdown risk to its fiber roll-out plan, ”the research reads.
