In a written message, Mumcuyan says that he is looking forward to the upcoming directorship. “I think it’s special to come and work in Utrecht and I’m really looking forward to it. Although my roots lie outside the Netherlands, I was born and raised in Amersfoort. Although I haven’t lived or worked there for a long time, Utrecht still feels a bit like coming home.”
