It was around 18:00 on Tuesday evening that the store employee discovered that a person was in the process of stealing clothes. She tried to stop the thief but was then attacked.
– She is not in need of care. But the person was exposed to some violence, says police spokesperson Lars Hedelin.
The store employee failed to stop the thief.
– The thief took with him an item of clothing corresponding to an amount that exceeds the limit for petty theft, i.e. over SEK 1,250.
The police have good hope of being able to solve the crimes.
– We have a good description and several witnesses, so we will probably sort this out, says Lars Hedelin.
