Children are in the spotlight this Monday at Matignon. Elizabeth Borne receives around twenty children from the network of child welfare associations to discuss several themes and come up with legislative proposals. This Council of Ministers comes the day after the International Day of the Rights of the Child and the publication of a UNICEF report pointing out the deterioration of the situation of minors in France.
