(Tiper Stock Exchange) – GPI extensiona company listed on the EXM market leader in Information Systems and Services for Health and Social Care, announces that today
the deeds of merger by incorporation into Gpi of the wholly owned subsidiaries ACCURA, GBIM and PEOPLENAV have been signed.
The legal effects of each of the aforementioned mergers – explains the company in a note – will take effect from 1 December 2022, provided that the last of the registrations of the deeds in the respective Company Registers takes place by that date. In the event that the last of the registrations takes place after 1 December 2022, the effects will take effect according to the law.
The tax and accounting effects, on the other hand, will be backdated to the first day of the current year when the legal effects of the aforementioned mergers occur, concludes the note.
