(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Morgan Stanley turns out to have one total shareholding equal to 5.226% in Italmobiliare, a holding company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and controlled by the Pesenti family. It is learned from Consob communications relating to significant shareholdings, in which it is indicated that the date of the transaction is last November 8th.
For 4.735% they are voting rights attributable to shares, held as indirect non-discretionary asset management. For 0.491% it is about actions subject to securities lending agreements without expiry date and with the possibility of return at any time at the lender’s discretion.
As of last November 1 Moergan Stanley had a 5.227% stake.
