Inside Man has been in the Netflix charts for several weeks. Millions of fans have been spellbound by the thriller series starring Stanley Tucci and David Tennant. And now apparently agreed for a long time. It’s one of the dumbest shows of the year. Netflix hit Inside Man: Fans can hardly believe the stupidity

At least that’s what it looks like when you look at Twitter. “So stupid, it’s hilarious“, it says there about. “Full of horrible dialogue and characters making stupid decisions“, writes another fan. “Inside Man is absolutely ridiculous. I want to throw at my tv but i have to keep watching“, reveals a third.

Criticism of the show’s alleged idiocy has been so unanimous that it almost deserves an official seal of approval as the dumbest story of the year. But how do the desire for suspense and the aversion to the content go together? Quite obviously much of the frustration is aimed at the vicar’s decisions (Tennant) which a viewer called “the dumbest person in the dumbest series” designated.

When is Inside Man season 2 coming to Netflix?

It is difficult to estimate whether fans would be willing to watch a second season despite the negative reactions. The season 1 finale definitely leaves room for a sequel. So far, however, no further episodes of the Netflix hit are planned.
