This means that if Karlsson’s and Dahlqvist’s results in Bruksvallarna are equivalent to a national team skier, the latter will be prioritized in the selection for the World Cup.
– Yes, it can be like that. You have to be open because we can end up there. But even if Maja or Frida are not in the absolute top class in Bruks, they should still maintain such a high level that there should be no need to think about it, admits the national team manager Anders Byström for the evening paper.

Frida Karlsson confirms that she is aware of the rule but is not particularly concerned about this weekend’s premiere in Bruksvallarna.
– Well, if I don’t make Ruka’s squad, I still won’t want to be there. Then it is better that I stay at home and train, says the 23-year-old in a statement.
