Butcher still gets goosebumps when he takes on the role of the saintly man. “If the boat passes under the bridge during the entry, and you see that there are 12,000 people standing there, it does something to you. But I don’t do it alone. When you start in the morning there is fresh coffee, fences and you name it. We really do it together and that makes it so attractive,” he says.
