She had just left her husband, Malik Ben Allal, Karim’s brother (he changed his name because he has a record). He cut ties with his family for 20 years. The police discover that Romy Saïd, his wife, returned to Sète following the death of her parents but, since then, no trace of her. For investigators, it is clearly a worrying disappearance. They interrogate Ben Allal, who claims not to know where Romy is either and begins to provoke Karim. He affirms that it was Karim that Romy had come to find. In addition, a neighbor claims to have seen a man prowling around Romy’s parents’ house. She formally recognizes Karim.
