Johanna Holmberg in Malmö is one of many SJ customers who sat up into the small hours during the night of Wednesday trying to book train tickets for Christmas. She is going to travel to her family in Alvesta – but by nine o’clock on Wednesday morning she had only gotten a ticket for one journey.
– You feel incredible frustration, she says.
Even Erik Rodén, who will travel from Stockholm to Åre, had to struggle for hours.
