Destiny 2 is buzzing with change. Bungie continues to work on the complex balancing of abilities and weapons to make everything right in Lightfall. In addition, in the coming weeks another secret community event going online. MeinMMO tells you what to expect this week.

This is happening this week: This Tuesday, November 8th, the Halloween event ends in Destiny 2 and with it the flood of candy that you have received so far. So it’s time to brush your teeth and explore this week’s new things.

Whoever does this could be in for a little surprise in the coming weeks. At the end of October, data miners discovered a secret community event in Destiny 2’s current Season 18. However, it is still unclear when it will go online. However, MeinMMO will keep you up to date on this.

Otherwise, the much-awaited Crucible weapon nerf for two overpowered weapons awaits you tonight:

Vanguard: Dawn – The Crucible

The Twilight: The Crucible is the Strike:

  • The Devil’s Denin the cosmodrome
  • There the fallen riot again. Load up your shotguns, pack up your Gjallarhorn and put an end to the fallen god “Sepiks Primus”.

    • This week’s Dusk Weapon: As a reward for your run, you always get a special twilight weapon.

    Earn the Silicon Neuroma Sniper Rifle this week.

    Playlist strikes have the following modifiers this week:

  • The Singe modifier stays with you throughout the week, the others change daily.

    • Endgame: Raid challenges and dungeon rotation

    This happens in the Raid “Königfall”:

    In the current raid “Königsfall” you can face the screaming ogre, the third raid challenge.

  • In order to complete the challenge “Baffled Look” in particular, it depends on the two “Eye Bearers” or “Fury Pullers”. So the one who initially attracted the rage of Golgoroth must stand in one of the recovered light pools with the rest of the team that does damage. Only then may the second player sneak up behind Golgoroth and fire at the yellow hitpoint to steal the ogre’s gaze back.

    • The following raid requirements and challenges await you:

  • In Normal mode, completing a challenge earns you double the loot.
  • The requirement of each encounter for grandmasters is power level 1600 with champions.

    • You get additional top rewards from the endgame:

  • In the Garden of Salvation raid on the moon
  • As well as in the 30 year Bungie DLC dungeon “Drip of Greed”
    • Board the “Dog of Greed” and resist the fake loot.

    Weekly Activities

    In Season 18, Guardians can collect cryptic quatrains and complete seasonal content as a pirate with their own crew. This includes:

  • Ketch Crash: Engage in ship-to-ship combat to stop Eramis and her band of pirates from wreaking havoc across the galaxy in this new 6-player activity. Here you can earn top loot once a week on grandmasters.
  • Expedition: Compile treasure maps, search for treasure and return to your ship while fending off enemy pirate crews.
  • Pirate Hideouts: Fight your way through weekly missions and loot powerful relics hidden in the pirate lords’ lairs.

    • Even if the seasonal quest has now been completed by most players, a prologue could still be waiting. Mithrax and Eido are currently investigating the mysterious artifacts of Nezarek. It’s quite possible that Bungie still has a final story tidbit up its sleeve.

    In addition to Season 18, the current DLC from “The Witch Queen” is still active and can be played. For example in the weekly repeatable campaign mission. There, too, you can earn top loot to get to the current max power level of 1580.
