Several shots have been fired at the entrance door to an apartment building in Solna. The alarm came in to the police shortly after 07:30 on Saturday morning, but it is unclear if the shots were fired then or earlier during the night.
– It is residents who discover that there is a hole in the window of the entrance door, says Daniel Wikdahl, press spokesperson at the Stockholm Police.
The police cannot answer whether someone who lives in the property was the target of the shots.
– We don’t know that yet, we will investigate that. We have started a preliminary investigation into serious weapons crime and serious illegal threats, but at the moment there is no plaintiff for the crimes, says Daniel Wikdahl.
No one has been arrested after the shooting either. The police have carried out a technical investigation at the scene and collected objects to be analysed. A door knocking has also been carried out in the area.
