It is clear, however, that the renovation must meet a considerable package of requirements that is prepared by the municipality. For example, 25 percent of all homes to be built will be social rent for vulnerable groups. This concerns young people from youth care, outflows from social care, status holders, the homeless, clients from mental health care and ex-addicts. Furthermore, there will be 10 percent ordinary social rent, 30 percent medium rent and 35 percent free sector. In addition, there will be studios and a cultural breeding ground and there is also room for catering in the plans.
