The 27th Conference of the Parties on Climate Change (COP27) is being held in Egypt from November 6 to 18, 2022. After recent months marked by extreme weather events (heat waves, droughts, floods, etc.), in Europe and around the world, the States meet to confirm and accentuate their commitments concerning the achievement of the objectives of the Paris agreement. The most vulnerable countries, those in the South, will put pressure on those in the North, historically the biggest emitters of greenhouse gases, to find funding in order to reduce their emissions, adapt and cope with the enormous losses suffered cause of climate change.
