The Fresh Start servers opened in New World on November 2nd. The first player has already reached the max level after 18 hours. In reddit he reveals how he did it.
What did the player accomplish? The Fresh Start took place in New World and attracted tens of thousands of players, including returnees, newcomers, but also veterans who simply wanted to level a new character.
Among the latter is probably the player Vasya Uksus, who has already reached the maximum level 60 after 17 hours and 52 minutes. In reddit he writes how he did it:
Incidentally, he played through the entire 18 hours. He shared his success at around 11:00 a.m. on reddit. In this screenshot you can see the important moment:
How long did it take for the first player to release? The first player reached level 60 on October 3rd at 3:00 a.m. German time. So it took him about 2.5 days to do it.
However, some things have changed in the level phase in New World, as we noticed ourselves with Fresh Start.
The level phase is more straightforward, has fewer walkways and requires less XP
What has changed about the level phase? The first levels from 1 to 25 have been completely revised. There are many adapted quests, more story and significantly shorter walking distances. The required experience points from level 35 to 55 have been significantly reduced. In addition, new quests have been added that can be completed on the way to the max level.
