It was in May 2022 that the police officer was run over by a person in the left lane during their free time. The man then chose to stop the overtaking car by driving in front of it and blocking the lane. The action was unexpected for the car driver who did not have time to stop the car, which led to a crash.
After the incident, they were seen outside the cars and the police then allegedly behaved aggressively and pushed the person who fell into his car and suffered bruises and body pain.
The police are now charged with minor assault and negligence in traffic, alternatively misconduct in both cases. According to the indictment, the police’s actions when he stopped the car were unjustified and it was not justifiable to use force in the way he did.
