The election in Denmark has begun. At 8 a.m., the polling stations opened, where the voters will have their say on how the next government should be formed. Opinion polls indicate a lead for the red block over the blue, but former Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen’s party, the Moderates, is expected to have a leading role. The party that was formed last year looks set to become Denmark’s third largest party, and Lars Løkke Rasmussen has said that he wants to break bloc politics and get a broad center government.
