In total, Rover received 2,650 complaints in October. In September, normally the busiest month on the railways, that number was 1749. Director of Rover Freek Bos calls that “quite special.” The autumn holidays also did not lead to a decrease in the number of complaints. “You then expect people to report less because they do not go to school, study or work,” says Bos. It is the first time that the number of complaints in October is greater than in September.
