(Finance) – OVS has announced that it has purchasedbetween 20 and 26 October 2022, overall 344,795 ordinary shares (equal to 0.119% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 1.8323 euros, for a countervalue equal to 631,777.50 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 31, 2022, in continuation of the implementation of the buy-back program already launched on February 2, 2022.
Following the transactions carried out to date, the clothing leader in Italy holds a total of 11,999,989 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 4.1248% of the share capital.
Meanwhile in Milan, negative session for OVS which is positioned at 1,898 euros, with a drop of 3.56%.
