Russia accuses Britain of being involved in a drone attack on the Crimean Peninsula on Saturday morning.
Russia’s Ministry of Defense states that it was nine flying drones and seven underwater drones belonging to the Ukrainian military that attacked. The British navy helped plan and prepare this attack, according to Russia. One and the same unit within the British navy is accused in the same breath of having been involved in sabotaging the gas pipelines Nord Stream 1 and 2, which Russia has repeatedly tried to accuse Western countries of.

Britain’s Ministry of Defense rejects the Russian accusations: “To shift the focus from its disastrous handling of the illegal invasion of Ukraine, the Russian Ministry of Defense is using false claims of epic proportions,” the ministry writes on Twitter.
