(Finance) – Iveco Group announces that it has successfully signed a syndicated financing two years worth 400 million euros with a pool of banks. The loan is renewable for up to a further year at the option of the company.
This new operation confirms the strong support for Iveco Group from its leading international relationship banks. The participating institutions are Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banco Santander, Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario, Mizuho Bank, Rabobank, Société Générale and Unicredit as Bookrunners and Mandated Lead Arrangers.
THE proceeds will be used for rto finance the lines in placein advance of the final deadline of January 2024.
