House of the Dragon Season 1 has just come to an end with a brilliant finale. The fantasy series will then be delivered as a limited steel book in 4K quality from December 20, 2022.

In addition to the steelbook edition with a newly designed cover, the regular Blu-ray of the first House of the Dragon season will also be released at the end of the year with about an hour of bonus material.
This includes two exclusive featurettes. Back in the Seven Kingdoms portrays the relationships between House of the Dragon and parent series Game of Thrones. In Welcome to Westeros, fans can expect an introduction from creator Ryan Condal, director Miguel Sapochnik, and template writer George RR Martin.
When will the two House of the Dragon home theater editions be released?
Fantasy fans will have to wait a few more weeks until the Blu-ray versions are released. The limited 4K Steelbook will be released on December 22, 2022, the regular Blu-ray will be released on December 20, 2022.
