The horrific event occurred on the North Side of Chicago, United States. Landlord Frances Walker, who learned that her tenant had rented rooms in her house to others, fell victim to a horrific murder.
Walker, who complained to the police many times about her tenant Sandra Kolalou’s behavior, but could not find a solution, was killed in her home on October 10. While parts of the old woman’s body were found in the freezer of the house, the tenant Sandra Kolalou was arrested in connection with the matter.
While the police confirmed that Walker had posted an eviction notice on Kolalou’s door the day before the murder, Chicago Police Chief Brendan Deenihan said it was this eviction notice that ignited the “horrible act”. Kolalou is charged with first-degree murder, as well as concealing the body linked to murder and aggravated assault.
MANY TIMES HE WANTED TO KEEP IT FROM HOME
While Walker’s relatives wanted the tenant to be severely punished, they argued that the old woman made several attempts to evict Kolalou from her home, but the police did not take any action.
HE TRIED TO KILL BEFORE
On the other hand, an eyewitness claimed that months ago, the tenant attempted to kill the old woman again, and the woman ran screaming and asked for help. Kolalou is expected to appear in court again on October 31.
