A police officer in Malmö received a parking fine after parking his private car in a place belonging to the social service. Now he is being prosecuted for having uttered threats against a woman in social services, reports Today’s Law.

In front of several of the woman’s colleagues, according to the indictment, he is said to have said, among other things: “I will not run on your alarms anymore, you can forget that”. He is also said to have said that he should remember this if he meets the woman outside and added: “then you will see what happens”. However, he firmly denies this – he himself says that he only expressed disappointment that social service personnel with whom he works so closely raised the alarm about his wrong parking so that he was fined.

According to information in the indictment, he has regularly parked his private car in social service parking spaces and received remarks about this. The police personnel responsibility board has written in an opinion that the man will not lose his job if he is convicted according to the indictment.
