He was speaking at a gathering of the central forum known as the Valdai Club in Moscow.

Russia, isolated by the panic caused by the war of aggression and economic sanctions, is trying to show that its leader still has an international audience.
These were allowed to witness a black-and-white worldview, according to which “the so-called West” – as Putin put it – is to blame for everything, including the war in Ukraine.
“Ahead of the most dangerous time since World War”
Putin declared that “ahead is probably the most dangerous, unpredictable and at the same time most important decade since the end of the Second World War”.
Putin accused the West of playing a “dangerous, bloody and dirty geopolitical game”. He again brought up the multipolarity of the world, which Russia has declared as its goal.
Putin did not say how attacking a neighboring country promotes multipolarity. Since Ukraine is not an independent state in his eyes, the clash in its chamber resembles a “civil war”.
Great Russian Solzhenitsyn was mentioned
The Russian leader quoted a persecuted dissident in the Soviet Union Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn – highlighting his late years, when the author, who had turned staunchly nationalist, denounced the West for its arrogance.
Putin repeated suspicions raised in Russia that Ukraine was planning to detonate a radioactive “dirty bomb”. According to him, Moscow is not resorting to such a thing itself.
According to the Russian leader, the Western powers are responsible for the pursuit of world power and the fundamental mistakes that have even led to the destruction of the gas pipelines that connected Europe. The West was also accused of blackmailing with a nuclear weapon.
In Putin’s world, the West is always to blame
For Russia, Putin described the planned part as a semi-colony that could not survive without the West. Now, however, the Russian Federation has proven to be stronger than the Russians themselves thought, according to its leader.
Putin assured that he is constantly thinking about the losses required by the “special military operation”. Despite the casualties, he believes that the end result is the best for Russia’s future.
The 70-year-old leader, who grew up in the Soviet era, may have been reminded of the former slogan, according to which there is always a great future ahead. However, few people believed that even in the past.
