Stina Nilsson is loading up for a new season as a biathlete.
And the 29-year-old does it with a completely new detail that will help her reach the top of the world.
The Swede is now being praised on social media for her new image.
She broke through as a true super talent in cross-country skiing, winning Olympic gold, double World Championship gold and collecting a total of 12 championship medals. But these days it’s like biathlon we know Stina Nilsson best.
New season for Stina
After the much-publicized switch from cross-country skiing to biathlon at the beginning of 2020, the 29-year-old now enters his third season with the rifle. Last season was a big boost for the Swede who joined the national team and became a regular at the World Cup.

The best placement came in Kontiolax when Nilsson took a very nice third place in the sprint, her only podium placement in biathlon so far. Now she is getting fully ready for the new season and hopefully her very first WC as biathlon.

The new picture is praised
Stina Nilsson is currently in Idre where she will gear up during the pre-season to sharpen the last details before the World Cup premiere in just a few weeks. Then the Swede surprises with a new picture of herself where you can see a clear change in her rifle for the coming season, see the picture below.
The 29-year-old proudly shows off his firearm on Instagram, which is now covered in a really unexpected Christmas theme.
