Ukrainian forces are getting closer to the city of Kherson where they are expected to score another important victory in the war, according to experts.
Many civilians are evacuating the city, following the call of the Russian occupation government in Kherson. And the think tank Institute For The Study Of War reports that the Russian troops are withdrawing from the city.
