Four people have been arrested at the Isar archaeological site in the southern part of North Macedonia, police said.
The four are from Ukraine and have temporary residence permits in the country and are suspected of searching for valuables at the site, which features Bronze Age tombs and an ancient Roman-style temple.
In connection with the arrest, several excavated objects were seized, and the police also found shovels and a pair of metal detectors.
