World of Warcraft Dragonflight animated series is coming

The World of Warcraft: Dragonflight animated series “Legacies” will premiere on October 25, the same day as the Pre-Patch event.

A short trailer was released recently for the World of Warcraft: Dragonflight animated series “Legacies”. This animated series tradition has actually been going on since a few add-on packs.

Previously, the 5-episode “Lords of War” series released before the Warlords of Draenor expansion pack or the 3-episode “Warbringers” series released before Battle For Azeroth aims to introduce communities or characters that will be of importance in WoW’s upcoming expansion pack.

The World of Warcraft: Dragonflight animated series will launch on October 25

Dragonflight’s pre-patch event, the period that will officially finish the current package Shadowlands and enable the transition to the new package, will start on October 25th. However, not all features of the pre-patch will be available next week. The most important changes will be the completely overhauled skill tree system and interface change. For those who pre-ordered the game, the Dracthyr race, the new dungeon Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr, and future changes to the level system will be added to the game on November 15-16.

It’s not entirely clear how many episodes the Legacies animated series will have or what topics it will cover. However, the fact that the next pack is about dragons and Nozdormu is featured in the trailer brings to mind the possibility of a series of at least 5 episodes. As the dragons in the Warcraft universe are divided into 5 different packs, a special video for each of them may arrive weekly.
