At half past five on Saturday, the police had to go out to Husby after calls that there was an uneasy atmosphere in the center of Husby between two groups.
At half past eight the conflict escalated, which meant that the police ended up taking 105 people into custody, of which five were arrested. The police have launched a preliminary investigation into the riot.
However, no one is said to have been seriously injured, according to the police.
– It’s simply about differences of opinion between two groups and it’s about adults. We are still at the scene, but now it is very calm, says Helena Boström Thomas, press spokesperson at the police.
