This week, we welcome to our guest chair: Herby François, fiery artist, passionate and above all committed to changing mentalities. Herby is preparing his second personal studio album which will be released in the coming weeks.
His first personal studio album Mwen gen pou male, released in 2016, allowed Herby François to carve out a place for himself in the Haitian music industry as a talented artist-lyricist. Its trademark consists of setting to music the texts produced by Haitian writers and poets such as Lyonel Trouillot or Inema Jeudi. His music is a channel to denounce and propose; he wants to change mentalities, he says.
Also find in this show the Chronicle Culture of words in which we explore the meanings of the Creole word ” Nanm (soul, in French).
