The youngest of the patients was 14 years old at the time. Among other things, the doctor is said to have massaged the 14-year-old’s chest and stomach, which was why his head was being examined. Two of the other patients also had their breasts massaged.
The crimes were committed during the spring and summer of 2020 at the doctor’s clinic, which focuses on aesthetic treatments. Pending the district court’s verdict, the doctor’s identification has been temporarily revoked by the Health and Medical Service’s responsibility board.
The doctor is sentenced to six months in prison and compensation. He denies wrongdoing.
In 2015, he was sentenced to a suspended sentence and daily fines for sexual harassment.
