What are Talents in FIFA 23? “Talents” are young players who have the potential to get really good stats in FIFA 23’s career mode.
In the career, all players have the opportunity to improve their ratings through training and strong performances over a number of years. Important values such as speed can also be improved in a targeted manner.
The potential varies from player to player – the most exciting talents usually have really high potential. For example, you can start with a low rating of 75 or lower, but work your way up to the high 90s. The advantage: initially weak talents can be signed cheaply and then develop into world stars.
Now EA Sports has already given an insight into talents that have the highest potential (via EA).

How much do players cost in career? It is not yet officially known how expensive the players will be in their careers. We will probably only find out after the FIFA 23 release.
However, since some of them are already established stars, they will be quite expensive. This is not a problem when you play rich clubs like Manchester City or PSG – but when you play “smaller” clubs you will have to wait for other players.
