First hour of free parking in Woerden will stop on October 1

On May 3, 2021, the new parking policy was introduced in the center of Woerden, intended to make the center car-free. But the introduction was so rapid that residents could not cope. The complaint box was filled with people who immediately had to tap 20 euros for parking for a few minutes. The signage was unclear, they thought, and that caused frustration.
