The national bomb disposal unit is on its way to the scene, but it is still unclear exactly what has detonated, the police state on their website.
“Unfortunately, I cannot comment on what has exploded, but there is damage to the entrance and a car outside,” SOS Alarm says.
The emergency services have sent eleven units to the scene, together with an ambulance.
No one is said to have been injured and the police have launched a preliminary investigation into public danger of devastation.
