(Finance) – In relation to the buy-back program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 31 March 2022 and whose start was communicated on 14 July 2022, ANIMA Holding has announced that it has purchasedfrom 5 to 9 September 2022, a total of 505,522 ordinary shares at an average price of 3.2395 euros, for a countervalue equal to 1,637,357.82 euros.
Following the purchases announced on 12 September and considering the ordinary shares already in the portfolio, ANIMA Holding holds 10,854,969 treasury shares equal to approximately 3.13% of the share capital.
