(Finance) – Giglio Groupa company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan and active in the design, construction and management of e-commerce platforms with high added value, closed the first half of 2022 with consolidated revenues equal to 19.6 million euros (including income from the Loyalty business), in line with the consolidated figures for the same period of the previous year (19.5 million euros at 30 June 2021). L’EBITDA shows a positive trend equal to 827 thousand euros (negative for 705 thousand euros a year ago), thanks to the complete review carried out in the supply and consultancy contracts, as well as to the sales made with better margins. The Net income it is negative for 252 thousand euros, an improvement compared to the red of 1.98 million euros in the same period of last year.
“We are very satisfied because, despite the difficulties generated by the war and the impossibility of exporting to an important reference market for luxury such as Russia, we recorded net revenues, EBITDA and EBIT compared to the first half of 2021, bringing the company back to positive ground “, commented theCEO Alessandro Giglio.
