[Mis à jour le 13 septembre 2022 à 20h45] I will go to the end of my dreams, TV movie by M6, is broadcast this Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 9:10 p.m. The faithful of the TV program will discover the journey of Antoine (Samuel Allain Abitbol), a young man of 25 with Down syndrome, who works as a documentalist assistant in a college. His meeting with Bianca (Camille Lou), a supervisor of the establishment, will change his life.
I will go after my dreams is not directly inspired by a true story. The director, Stéphanie Pillonca, explains that she refused to write a sequel to the hit TV movie “Learning to Love You”, wishing to focus on the journey of an older person. It is therefore not a precise true story that inspired the M6 TV movie, but “it is tinged with true stories and anecdotes”, assures the director to Télé Star.
Synopsis – At the age of 25, Antoine, with Down syndrome, works as an assistant librarian in the CDI of a college. On the first day of school, he meets Bianca, a new supervisor. Antoine falls under the spell of this shy young woman who composes songs but has little self-confidence. Patrick (Guillaume de Tonquédec), Antoine’s father, has always wanted his son’s happiness but fears that he will embark on a story that is too complicated for him.
